イタリアで携帯インターネット Italy 3 three sim top-up

最近(2016-8)、3GB と多めの容量のものだが、日本国内amazonでも 3sim が販売されているのを発見。「イギリスThree」で検索。3GB 90日間で送料込み4000円前後と、リーズナブル。ドキュメントもあるようだ。私のようにあれこれ思案、設定、top-up に苦労する必要もなくなってきた。3は、ＵＫ、ＥＵ内他旅行では最強ではなかろうか。次の旅行にも、直前に日本国内にて以下の手法で top-up しておけば使えるわけだし。

2016-8にイタリア旅行の予定。
携帯は freetel の priori3LTE
しかし、今回は団体旅行。現地携帯ショプに行く時間は無い。到着初日も夜着。
なので、現地でsim入手は、ほぼ不可能と考えたほうが無難。
考えられる選択肢としては、
１）バカ高い国際ローミング。
２）simを出発前に輸入。
３）ロンドンで使った３のプリペイドsimを残してあるので、こいつをなんとかして
　　イタリアで使う。
　　そんなことができるのか？は後述。こいつは2013-10に使ったsimだが、現在でも
　　番号は生きていて、この番号と当時SMSで３から送られてきたパスワードを使い、
　　3のサイトでログインできる。しかし、もちろん、2016-1現時点で
　　　Data allowance.　は、You don't have any allowance left to use.　だ。　

１）はアホらしいので論外。１日で１５００〜３０００円！
２）は、ebay通販の場合、

３）は、3のサイトでクレジット払いか、バウチャー入力 top-up

SMSも音声通話もとりあえずは不要。なので、３）の1GBで十分だし、最も安く済む。
ただ、購入の際、3のサイトでの支払いは、UK内で発行されたクレジットカード以外では
不可らしい（いや、ほんと住所入力枠があって、ダメだと思うよ。）。したがって、他社サイトからバウチャーを購入
（クレジットもしくはpaypal購入すると mailで 16-digit number が送られてくるらしい）し、こいつを３のサイトで入力する方法でいけるかも。
mobiletopup.co.ukで購入可能なようだ。（ここでも住所他入力必須だけど、クレジットカード or paypal情報との厳密な整合性チェックはなされない。なので、英国在住でなくともこの方法によれば top-up ができるという寸法。英国規制をかわす裏ワザ。）£0.99手数料を取られるが、

つまり、1,818円で1GBのネット接続（のみ）できる。音声通話できないプランだが、
当方050plusを使っているので、インターネット接続環境さえあれば、
イタリア➔日本も、イタリア➔イタリア（海外扱い）も、国内での料金と同じで
可能なはず。

2015-9のスペイン旅行では現地購入のVodafoneを使った。このVodafone simを同様にtop-upして、スペイン周辺国で使う方法があるかもしれない。しかし、どうせ国際ローミングのために、さらに追加料金事前チャージが必要だろう。また、同社スペインサイトはsim購入等に関して非常にわかりにくく、クレジット・バウチャー購入が不安、なんせスペイン語。なのでこの方法は却下。

ちなみに、イタリア国内で買うことができる旅行者向けプラン例。
空港、駅、都市中心部などのショップで買えるらしい。
